Amazon.com, Inc. is accused of helping ARB Gaming circumvent anti-gambling policies and dismissing Joyce's complaints by citing his disability.
Joyce seeks more than $1.6 million in compensatory damages, statutory damages, treble damages, punitive damages, restitution, disgorgement of profits, and injunctive relief. The complaint also alleges ADA retaliation and obstruction of access to justice, claiming that Affirm coordinated with ARB Gaming to undermine his legal representation and create barriers to seeking redress.
