Reginald Valentine, Karman Valentine, and Kelbie Green filed a joint lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas against Walmart over injuries allegedly caused by ZIB Tabletop Fire Pits. The complaint alleges that Walmart knowingly marketed and sold the fire pits despite federal regulators urging retailers to stop selling them due to flame jetting hazards.
